    “Here is a summary of my conversation with a rep of yours this morning. She called me and pretended to be someone I know. "Hey, how are you?" she says, followed by giggling. (?) When I started talking to her because she didn't identify herself, I finally realized I did not know this person. Not identifying yourself in a cold call is harassment and an invasion of my privacy, plain and simple. She eventually told me her name is Gabby, (appro!) and that she works for your company”
