    By accessing or using CyberHomes, a d/b/a of San Antonio Creative Investors LLC ("CyberHomes," "we," "us," or "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    CyberHomes provides information and services for homeowners who may wish to sell residential real estate. We may review property details, discuss potential sale terms, and present a cash offer. Submitting information through the Service does not obligate you to sell or obligate CyberHomes to purchase a property.

    3. Account Registration

    You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

    4. No Guarantee of Data Accuracy (Important)

    CyberHomes does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of property information supplied by public records, third parties, or website visitors. Such information is provided "as is" and "as available."

    Property values and potential offer amounts depend on further review, including property condition, title, occupancy, market conditions, and other relevant factors. Any online estimate or preliminary discussion is not an appraisal or a binding purchase offer.

    A binding transaction exists only when the applicable parties sign a written purchase agreement. You should independently review that agreement and may seek advice from qualified legal, tax, or real-estate professionals before signing.

    5. Your Responsibilities

    You are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself, your authority to discuss the property, and the property itself. You represent that you are the owner, an authorized representative, or otherwise have a lawful basis to submit the information you provide.

    You agree not to submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawfully obtained information. You are responsible for reviewing all transaction documents and confirming that the terms meet your needs before signing.

    You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for obtaining any consent needed to provide another person's contact or property information. You agree to indemnify and hold CyberHomes harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or material breach of these Terms.

    6. Offers and Transactions

    Requesting or receiving a potential cash offer through the Service is free and does not require you to accept it. Preliminary figures may change after property review, inspection, title review, or verification of information.

    The final price, closing date, costs, conditions, and obligations of each party will be stated in the applicable written purchase agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed purchase agreement, the purchase agreement controls for that transaction.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for harassment, intimidation, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
    • Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content or data without permission.
    • Impersonate another person or submit property information without authorization.

    All software, design, and content of the Service are owned by CyberHomes or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, misuse, or suspected unlawful activity. Termination of website access does not alter obligations under any separately signed purchase agreement.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date and a new published version. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
