He toured the property and during our subsequent phone conversation provided his reasoning for his offer that was in line with the logical process detailed on his website. We reached agreement and quickly moved to the closing of the property. The entire transaction was very smooth, straightforward, and mutually beneficial for both of us.”

Danny made the process which seemed like a nightmare in the beginning, a stress free transaction. All of our correspondences were either by telephone or email. He was always checking in with me during the process. Everyone that I encountered during this process was kind and very easy to work with. We talked to several people that buy houses and they made it seem very complicated as the will had not been probated. I met Danny and within 20 minutes he had told us how to probate much quicker and gave us a title company that would close very quickly. He also gave us a very competitive offer. Danny was great to work with and I highly recommend him.”
