I found the teaching staff and administration in Loggers Run to be extroadinary-There is a real concern for each student's development and welfare. The staff was more than cooperative for special problems and each grades principal were well suited for the tasks that had to deal with.

My daughter attended Logger's Run for three years and will always treasure her middle school memories. In 6th grade she was bullied by a boy in her PE class and the same day my husband called to inquire about the problem the asst. principal organized a meeting with our daughter and the boy in the same room and the problem rectified immediately. Most of the teachers still enjoy their job but there are only a few that really should either retire or pick another career due to short tempers with young children. My son is presently in 6th grade and his math teacher likes to rant about what the kids don't know. I highly recommend choir for boys and girls due to the exceptional music program. School is wonderful, very approachable, very safe, caring officers on staff, very well behaved children.

They are blessed by having such a wonderful teachers especially Ms. Palmer whom teaches math. She has on more than one occassion gone above and beyond the call of duty to help my daughter in her class. I wish more teacher were like her.

This is a good school if your child began his/her education Fl. If coming from another state you will find the class sizes to be around 40 students per class and the curriculum inferior.

Loggers' Run has a strong academic program. Principal does not take any crap from students or parents.

I am concerned that the quality of the school academic environment may have slipped in recent years. The scholl should also offer more advanced classes for those students not in the gifted program.

I have a 6th and 7th grader at Loggers' Run. They have both done extremely well academically. I have used Edline to communicate with their teachers and have always received prompt responses. I feel the faculty is generally concerned with the welfare of the students. I have known many of the students since elementary school and all seem to be prospering, along with my own children, at this middle school. There should be more opportunities at the middle school level for parent involvement.

My daughter is in seventh grade at Loggers Run, we had moved from Broward to go to the Palm Beach Schools. I have been extremly disappointed with the whole administration at this school. On numerous occasions I have had contact with the office personel and the assistant principal and on every occasion have been treated with such disrespect that it makes me sick. It has to make you wonder how the treat our children as well. Also the gym teachers at this school think they are running a military school.

I have not a clue as why this school would be graded 'A' there aren't anough Extracurricular activities, thats first of all, and second of all, the rules are outrageous! My family and I recently moved here from New York. Your not allowed to show up to school in pajama pants and you have to wear something short sleeves or longer. It's obviously warmer in Florida and in NY you could wear tank tops!

My daughter has been at this school for 2 years. When she was having problems with a student, her teacher did not do anything! She likes most of her teachers but dislikes a few of them. She complains that some of her classes are boring and some are full of activities all through the day. My daughter used to love math, but now she has a boring math teacher and doesn't want anything to do with math! I like the school, but somethings they're going to have to fix.

This year is a better year with the new principal who actually listens to parets concerns. I still think some..not all but some of the teachers leave a little to be desired.

My daughter is in the 8th grade now. We came here in the middle of 6th, her guidance counselor and S.S. teacher went out of their way to help her 'fit in' with her class. The principal has been very reachable as are all of the teachers. Great School.
