My Docs is a new membership feature of Cyberhomes. Our partner LSI, a Lender Processing Services Company conducts property appraisals on behalf of your lender. Once completed, the appraisal owners are notified that their appraisal is ready to view online. They enter their PIN code from that notification card and then they can view, print or share their appraisal. Members can access an appraisal 24 hours a day and rest assured, it's absolutely secure.
