Charts & Graphs
To help you visualize the analysis of your home and other property data, you also have access to powerful charts and graphs representing different aspects of the evaluation, including:
- The property and its comparables: The data for comparable properties analyzed by price trend, price per square foot, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and more.
- The property in the neighborhood: The sales data including activity and volume, which drives price movements in a given area. You can see the historical average for the sold price and the number of sales for properties in the selected area. You can adjust the data to see how prices might change.
- Market fundamentals: Indicates larger economic factors that could affect the value of a home and community. You can use these indicators to see how trends such as the unemployment rate, the new construction permits and rental vacancies can also affect the value of existing homes.
